If you experience adding something in the dashboard and it doesn't reflect on the device, please give it another go. The most basic troubleshooting tip we can give is:
1. Paste the text or link on a file where you can easily copy it.
2. Empty the field that doesn't work, then hit "Save changes".
3. Go back to the main-screen, then navigate to the setting you were previously editing.
4. Re-paste the info on the field, then hit "Save changes".
5. Check your device for changes.
